For example, a trademark registered in Ukraine through a national procedure or an international trademark can be included in the customs register of intellectual property rights at the request of the right holder.

This is a complex procedure that requires not only documents but also a creative approach and strict adherence to the norms and rules of the established procedure. It allows customs authorities to subsequently stop the importation of goods marked with the objects included in the register without the permission of the right holder.
